Surprise Wallet

Good morning all!
Here I am with a different little project for you!

Surprise wallet, one of the fabulous 3D projects from the

 S&S 3D

I decided not embellish this project as I wanted to showcase
it in the basic form. I reckon this would be suitable  for a male or a female.
Just adapt the papers & embellishments to suit!
I've tucked a little credit card sized gift card inside!

In this photo I've tucked the gift card in the other side!
I constructed this project using a good quality double sided paper
which I feel is the perfect weight for all the projectson the CD.

There are easy to follow instructions for all the projects & the files are
available in both PDF for hand-cutting or SVG for machine cutting.
Thanks for popping in, I hope you like it!

It reminds me of visiting relatives when I was a little girl, there was
always a cake being made, in the oven or ready to eat!
I used this sketch
from Sketch Saturday for my layout

I coloured it up with my watercolour pencils!
I think I still need a lot of practice but I'm fairly happy with
how it turned out! I inked the edges with Antique Linen Distress Ink
The papers I have used are Kitschy Kitchen by Melissa Frances
Perfect for a kitchen/Baking themed card with all those little cakes.

I cased a card made by a blogger friend of mine Ali, a while back!
It took me ages to figure out the measurements & after tearing out my hair,
doing so, I realised I should have looked for a tutorial! Doh!
Anyhoo, the base was made using Dottie Card from Anna Marie Designs
The fabric behind the image & sentiment is recycled from a
gauze dressing which was out of date.
The flourishes are cut using Marianne Design Dies.
The pins are from my stash & the flowers were from a candy I won ages ago!

Surprise Purse

Good morning lovelies, it's not often I'm here here on a Monday but I just
had to share this little project with you all!

This is Surprise Purse from the Spring & Summer Templates CD Rom

Template banner

available from La Pashe

Here's the inside of the purse, as you open it, the inside panel pops up
to reveal a little gift card, cash or whatever you choose to put inside!
(in this case a gift card for a local restaurant)
To make this little project I used papers from Papermania,
a little pearl ribbon slider & some ribbon from my stash.
As I don't have a cutting machine, I used the PNG file, hand cut
& used super sticky DST to stick it together.
